With everyone looking for innovative ways to deliver new services, e-bonding has emerged as a means to cut costs and increase operational efficiencies, specifically when turning up new services and managing technical support requests.
As Connected Planet’s Susana Schwartz discusses in her pre-show article, a centralized solution that that can synchronize e-bonding, workflow, and order management enables operators to more efficiently and cost effectively manage the entire lifecycle of a circuit order—from the time customers request service to the back-office steps necessary required to turn it up and maintain it.
